I have donated to Soles4Souls for years, now I'm going to travel with them to Ecuador to see lives changed.
If you're like me, you own many pair of shoes, many of them you purchased just because they made you happy. But for much of the world, shoes are a basic necessity. For the 767 million people living on less than $1.90 per day, 385 million of them children, they are a necessity often not available. This is something Soles4Souls is working every day to change.
I will have the opportunity to help determine the correct shoe size for these precious lives, wash their feet, and fit them in a new pair of shoes. Shoes that will provide a literal foundation for their daily lives. Equally important, I will be able to show them love and respect affirming that they are incredibly valuable.

The total amount covers the complete cost of my trip - airfare, lodging, meals, transportation, translator, security, entry /exit fees, and of course shipment & clearing of goods to be distributed.
